Understanding your consumers is the key to success, but we know that it can be difficult to decide where to start. What is it your customer wants? How can you be sure you’re doing the right thing? How can you ensure your product or service is going to be successful?

We have created some cue cards that suggest solutions and methods you can take to address these questions. Each card has a variety of methods you can take to help you answer each question, with the methods varying based on how much time, effort and money you want to spend. It is up to you to decide which method (or combination) is best for you.

These cards are a great place to start if you want to ensure your innovation is going to be successful.
